Proactive Health Maintenance

...Helping Your Body Help Itself

Appointment

Hello and welcome to my website! Thank you so much for visiting. Here is a bit of my history in massage therapy and some details about my business. I graduated from the Institute for Massage Education in Kalamazoo, Michigan in December 2018. I finished my clinic hours March 2019, received my license, and started practicing July 2019. My mission is to be an aid in improving your physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.

When you come to me, as a client, we will strategize a session made just for you and your needs at the time. My sessions are meant to be peaceful and rejuvenating. You can schedule a general session that is specially designed to reduce muscle tension and relax your mind and body. Or we can do targeted work on stressed muscle areas. I can give ideas and suggestions, but the choice is always yours as to what you want to achieve from the session. All sessions are professional and therapeutic, in nature.

You can book your session right here on this website, click the APPOINTMENT button above, or call/text me directly and I am happy to schedule the session for you. If you are new to massage therapy and have questions, please feel free to call/text me. We can chat before you make an appointment.

I have a treatment room in the second story of my home, which is where I have my general practice. I also have a shed in my backyard, which I use for sessions during the warmer months. I am available to travel to your home/business, if desired. We would need to talk directly to arrange an at-home session or on-site event. There are additional fees for on-site options.

On-site event possibilities include, but are not limited to:
**At-home massage - I bring it all to you! Think holidays, or when you have family home from out of town.**
**Bridal showers**
**Pre-wedding**
**Employee wellness/incentive*
**Yoga/Wellness retreats**

YOGA!! Yes, I am also a yoga enthusiast! Though I'm not a certified instructor, I have led and attended many yoga classes over the last few years. I LOVE! how yoga makes me feel. I like to include some assisted and passive stretching in my sessions. I often give examples of take-home stretching exercises for my clients.

Lastly, I encourage you to visit my Facebook page, as I use it to share many posts about my massage practice, any continuing education courses I am taking, yoga, general health-related articles, and inspirational quotes. Please ask to join my page!!

Thanks again for visiting and BE WELL! Blessings!!
